Rabbit runs
Running App focused on guided exercises, less injuries, and fun while achieving first half-marathon

Introduction
Running applications like Strava, Nike Run Club (NRC) and Adidas Running are huge players in the market for active sports and are used by millions of users. The question is: Do they use it because they have to, there is no better option or something else? Are there certain pain points in the current experience, or features they wish the current app already delivers?

Problem
New runners don't want to compare themselves all the time to others and do not want to get injured
Motto of solving
Let's do it. Let's improve users experience.
Research
Using surveys and interviews to find common patterns. Comparing biggest competitors and similar features.

01
Strava and NRC are most used apps
02
All apps contain a Community, with similar features
03
Only NRC offers exercise plan
While thinking about the two users personas, we found frustrations in a journey to the first half marathon

Confusion on how to start training
Long training period underestimated
What is when important?
Prioritizing insights and optional features

Two users flows

Proposed Solution
Individual Training Plan that offers focused Features with a playful Design. Community and comparing to others is secondary.
Having a progress graphic on first sight, understanding upcoming exercises and the freedom to choose between several plans.
